I personally worked with Izzy Mendez. Izzy made the entire experience awesome from start to finish. I reached out to several dealers and he was the quickest to call me and put my deal together EXACTLY the way I asked. Even more impressive is that everything was ready for me when I showed up and everything was EXACTLY the same as when we spoke over the phone. He is an absolute joy to work with. If we buy another Hyundai in the future, he will be our Hyundai guy! :)
Sales manager Alex is not about customer safety and good customer service when it comes to selling a used car only worried about making a profit and not losing money on his end even tho we know they make money every day on used car. Will never work with that Hyundai group again and will tell others to stay away . Already went above his head so that someone can explain to him and his team that customer service comes first and that you need to listen to the customers needs and complaints.
Checked in for my oil change and the guy was so comical making us laugh ! Awesome friendly service ! Told us and hour and they were done in an hour with a wash ! Always checking the vehicle out ! Always checking for recalls ! Thank you for great service !

Took my brand new 2020 elantra to another Hyundai dealership for an oil change after purchasing it at Gerald, come to find out they believe my brand new car (20 miles when we left geralds lot) was involved in either an accident that Gerald covered up or that my vehicle was damaged during shipping to Gerald which was still covered up based on paint drips a manager at another Hyundai dealership has found!
