No complaints. I made an offer, but they're not willing to negotiate on price. No harm. No foul. There are more out there.

Do not buy from them and you would think we would’ve learned by now. Our latest purchase was a brand new 2024 Santa Fe. They didn’t give us a walk through inspection of the vehicle before signing papers which we thought was odd and we questioned that. When we did the walk through, we discovered the vehicle has a huge scratch on the door and a chunk missing out of the panel of the passenger side door. This dealership is a joke. I was told, and can verify, that no vehicle drives off their lot without a $1300 protection plan (door edge guard, locking lug nuts, nitrogen filled tires and an automotive theft insurance. They haven’t even received the car. They don’t have to put all that crap in there…. Also they listed the car at msrp, then when I talk with them the price goes up $3,000 for a market adjusted price. Pretty lame.
Talk about a Bait & Switch. They had a Hyundai Tucson listed on CarGurus for $15997 on Thursday and Friday. I reached out to them twice to schedule a time to come look at the car and confirm it was available. No response. Now I know why, they changed the price to $23119, which CarGurus now says is "Overpriced". Shameful business practices. I posted this review on Facebook so all my friends in the area are aware as well.
Bad, they had this car posted as 9,500 and then decided to change it to 12997. I no longer want this car because they can’t even have correct postings and they expect me to do business with them. I’ll take my business elsewhere

I honestly didn’t think that I would be sharing a positive review review but I got to give it up to Jaybee and Kevin. Sometimes corporations make it difficult for them to honor things like a “Lifetime guarantee“ but these two tried everything for me. About two months ago I had an issue with a former employee who misdiagnosed my car, I paid a lot of money to get it fixed and both Jaybee and Kevin shared that they wished it had been better identified so I wasn’t so upset. shithole dealership, takes advantage of older people, just sold a car to a 91 y.o. man with dementia, using a debit card, who already had his original car taken away. NO SHAME, I wouldn't buy ANYTHING from these unscrupulous people!!
