I've been fortunate to have two great doctors in San Francisco the last forty years. Dr. Gerald Murphy and Dr. Shawn Hassler. They have listen to my needs (and wants) and addressed my issues propmtly and with great care. Two doctors tied for 1st Place!
I waited one month for them to respond to me regarding lab results. They lied and said everything is fine when there were some test results that some slight anomalies. I feel they didn't want to deal with me due to a high number of patients. I was told that "I am not the only patient he has" as if I was being irrational. This doctor and their staff are incompetent. Avoid them, there are more competent doctors out there.
