Very pleased with staff and biopsy. Staff is super friendly and nice. Dr. Grubbs was great. Very good experience and I would recommend them.
The issue I have is with billing department trying to get my due refund. I’ve attempted to get a response for over 2 months with promises to return my calls and update but as of yet that hasn’t happened. Firstly, just trying to reach and speak with someone is nearly impossible. I’ve documented a total of 13 calls With messages left and no call back. 2 emails, no response back. Spoke with person in billing twice and was told will call me back, never happened. Needless to say they want your money but not willing to refu... read more
I'm shocked by the negative reviews. I had a breast biopsy & he was professional, friendly & funny! From my experience I would recommend him completely. Put me at ease immediately.
To him you’re just a number and a paycheck. He’s the most callous human to be in this field. I’m sure if he or his loved one would be in this situation he’d want someone who’s less cold and arrogant. Just because you’re arrogant doesn’t make you smarter or better than anyone else. I wouldn’t send him my dog.
I wouldn’t recommend this doc to anyone. He was arrogant and rude. Couldn’t care about you as a patient. He spoke very fast and didn’t care that you didn’t understand what he said much less what he was about to do. He said that the reason why he spoke so fast was he gives these speeches at least a 100 times a day. It doesn’t matter. He needs to reevaluate life choices and retire.
My wife dealing with stage IV cancer. Grubbs and his team could care less. From his scheduling assistant to his nursing staff to Grubbs himself, there is total lack of compassion. After an unsuccessful procedure ,when we asked what our options were, he literally shrugged his shoulders.
My wife and I moved to the area and she needed a Dr. to continue her bio-identical hormone creams, which she critically needs to stay alive, now that she's reached menopause. Rather than have compassion, Grubbs assumed a domineering posture and tone with us. He instantly planned out a new hormone protocol for my wife, along with a list of tests, supplements and stern advice. Since we are self-pay, he knew all of this would cost us money. As his name implies, he is a money Grubber. Go elsewhere!
I was recommended to Dr. Grubbs for UFE Uterine Firbroid Embolization. I came to the perfect place. Dr. Grubbs is very experienced with this particular procedure and many others , he is open minded and efficient. Don't look any further if you are struggling with Uterine Fibroids. I had my Embolization 2 years ago and the result is great. No more symptoms and continous shrinking I am feeling great. Would do it again if I had to.
Wonderful staff , very compassionte and accommodating. Just moved to the area, been to several other doctors and Dr. Grubbs was the best by far.
