The issue I have is with billing department trying to get my due refund. I’ve attempted to get a response for over 2 months with promises to return my calls and update but as of yet that hasn’t happened. Firstly, just trying to reach and speak with someone is nearly impossible. I’ve documented a total of 13 calls With messages left and no call back. 2 emails, no response back.
