Dr. Chang appeared to be a very nice guy and I am sure a good dentist. I regret that I will never have the chance to find out because he wants to work a 4 day work week and have nothing setup to cover any type of emergency. I had lost my crown that was going to be resolved by another dentist next Wednesday. Problem is the crown could not wait and it came off late Thursday night. Our family are patients of Dr Chang and his dental team for 2 years, very pleased with he and his staffs demeanor. I initially came to him for a 2nd opinion and he was very honest in disagreeing with the other dentist. They have handled all of the paperwork with my insurer and the person working with the insurance has been doing so for several decades and understands the plans and coverage well. We had some cavities filled; he was very honest in detailing what could happen, and did.
Difficult to reach via telephone and argumentative staff to deal with on insurance issues. Despite seeing this dentist for a second opinion he did not feel comfortable looking at another dentist's treatment plan.
