Dr Chang and his staff give exceptional care and service. They are professional, kind and accommodating. As a fellow health care professional I recognize a good practice when I see it!
Our family are patients of Dr Chang and his dental team for 2 years, very pleased with he and his staffs demeanor. I initially came to him for a 2nd opinion and he was very honest in disagreeing with the other dentist. They have handled all of the paperwork with my insurer and the person working with the insurance has been doing so for several decades and understands the plans and coverage well. We had some cavities filled; he was very honest in detailing what could happen, and did.
Difficult to reach via telephone and argumentative staff to deal with on insurance issues. Despite seeing this dentist for a second opinion he did not feel comfortable looking at another dentist's treatment plan.
