Communication was great, anything that came up they let me know right away. Picked up my car and it was cleaner than before. The car looks good as new. Great job by the team.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Gerald collision center. They are extremely informative from start to finish. They made everything so seamless from dropping off my car and getting a rental to picking it up! Everyone is so very friendly! My car looks amazing , I’m so happy!
In my personal experience as well as my employer's experience having vehicles repaired here, we haven't had any issues with the quality of work and communication during the repair process. Having a hard time believing people saying the communication was lacking, especially people that have difficulty writing a proper sentence.
