The service was great.
I had a great customer experience at Gerald Collision Center. Jill was my estimator for the repair. Not only did she make the process easy to understand with timely updates and realistic expectations, she was also an advocate on my behalf when there were some challenges with my insurance field adjustor. The repair was completed in less than a week and my vehicle was returned to me in excellent and clean condition. I will readily recommend GCC to anyone who needs vehicle body repairs.
Repairs were completed in a timely manner and the entire process handled professionally. The insurance company was giving them a hard time about paying for a certain item, but Gerald collision center worked through it to my satisfaction.
