Jill kept me uodated on my vehicles status, was extremely helpful and was always available to answer any of my questions or concerns.
Thank goodness I found Gerald Collision and more specifically Jim Heitzman to help finish a car repair. After a nightmare of body work at another repair shop, my son’s Subaru still had lights come on the engine panel. Jim listened to my long story and his mechanic found the source of the problem was a broken camshaft sensor due to the accident. Jim totally went to bat and advocated to State Farm. Had to bring my car here after someone busted in the window and tore up the steering column attempting to steal it. They did a fantastic job fixing it up. It took a bit because of insurance and ordering parts but that’s not on them at all. One big thing that I didn’t expect them to do was fully clean the interior of my car. There was glass all over the backseat but they cleaned the front too and I can’t even begin to explain how much I appreciated that.
