What I can say about Dr chai he's a very wonderful doctor he talks to you like a person not just like a regular patient it's like going and visiting a friend listen to your problems
The office I was in for my second evaluation of issues smelled bad and the floor was black from not being cleaned. Staff said the owner of the building had a cleaning service. On this visit a staff person came in to ask me what I use for pain. I said nothing. I further told her that I can't take a nonsteroidal because I have microscopic Collitis. It’s been a day…We scheduled an appointment following up coming off Hospice for Allie for pain management with Dr Chai, who we’d seen before. He’d previously sent us to Peachtree Corners, but since she was doing better, I told the person I’d made the appointment with we’d prefer to see Dr. Chai back in Carrollton and they said it would be fine. We got to Carrollton today, was in a room, and had a lady the size of a Massey Furgeson and the personality of a snapping turtle tell us we shouldn’t have been booked for a appointmen... read more
I would highly recommend Dr Chai, he treated me very well, he doesn't rush for all examinations MRI, XRay's etc, he does step by step examinations and the comes to conculsion, For me his Diagnosis was to the point and line of treatment helped me recover soon. very nice human and soft spoken
