If I could give them zero stars, I would. Call another company before you hire Bletsch Irrigation. Wanted $300 to repair an isolated leak in an irrigation pipe. He stated that there MAY be a lot of roots from trees, it would take a lot of digging, and it was a pressurized line. There were NO roots (just like we had told them), the hole was already dug by us (they made 1 more cut on each side of the hole) and just had to shut the valve for the pressurized line. He charged us $250. We do not recommend their service to anyone.

We were out of the country when our irrigation system went nuts. It wouldn’t turn off, even when unplugged. Bletsch irrigation came out to “fix” and they charged me $375 to replace one valve. They didn’t flush out or fix the others. When I called them back, they were here over an hour and literally gave up. Said they didn’t know what was happening, as my system was not shutting off again. I called Aquapro who came out today and flushed out my system AND replaced all 4 valves for $408!!!. I do not recommend Bletsch.

Listen people. He has some bad reviews from 5 years ago. He’s not cheap, he doesn’t sugar coat anything. If you want someone to come hold your hand and pet your ego DO NOT HIRE HIM. If you want the job done fast and are ok paying someone a living wage then call Bletsch. Ask for a quote before any work is done as you should with any company and don’t tell someone how to do their job. We are only a customer and have used him every year for 5 years. Yes, I agree, BEWARE. I cannot believe I did not google reviews first. Please read Angies list and the BBB for other reviews. Bletsch did not provide a written estimate, nor a written bill after the work was done. He still has not provided a statement after several requests. It was our mistake to pay him without seeing for what he was charging us. The work was performed and does seem acceptable, but his calculations on the materials used was way off.
