The day before my appt (at 3:pm I received a call from the office to confirm my appt. At that time I was TOLD the dr Bornstein does not treat diabetic etc. That is my health condition.!!! Agent insisted they go over all these questions when the appointment was made which is not true. Now I have to find another doctor.

Dr. Bornstein clearly explains your condition and treatment options. Allowed adequate time to answer questions and address my concerns. I found him both well informed and easy to interact with.
As above and he respected that I certainly didn't want surgery but gave suggestions about how to go forward and stay active with my pretty gnarled feet (my words not his). He's has a very good professional and attentive way about his approach.
the office could not give me directions to the office and this place was way out of the way. i asked to make sure i see bornstein on my visit and at the office i waited 1 hour and once i had my room i had a long wait and then here comes a rookie doctor not bornstein and i tell the rookie i am paying an additional $115 and i need to see bornstein and the rookie doctor said i will see him later in the appointment which never happened and i came to have them give me somthing in my shoe to offload the pressure of my weight on my... read more
My wife had painful foot surgery. The foot wasn't fixed. The foot will be repaired again doing the same surgery again by a different doctor.
Not impressed. He & his staff have been trying to cure a problem with my husband’s feet for over 2 months now. They have succeeded in making the problem worse. They have resisted my attempts at getting a wound care Nurse involved. They put off doing an MRI for weeks. Then they left a dressing on for A WEEK without changing it! No wonder the wound isn’t improving! The staff is pleasant, but I’m not impressed. Since July, he has allowed RESIDENTS to do the treatments with no real oversight.
