Mel and Tony are amazing . The service we received to do our whole new house was so easy and Tony put it all together perfectly from carpet to hard floor to verishades and all the blinds, curtains, plantations. Just cant say enough about how happy we were when it all came together. The cost was so reasonable as a package and the kindness and support they have shown us has been so nice. Would highly recommend them if you want peace of mind and a beautiful home. Thanks guys
If we could give 0 stars, we would. Based on our experience, we would not recommend wasting your time or money. Have had nothing but issues, quick to take your money then they wipe their hands and leave you with the mess. We were advised the floors needed levelling prior to installation of floor boards, however the work was not completed properly and we are now experiencing ongoing issues with the floorboards. We got our floors replaced with them, part of the contract was payment in full before install which was clearly written on the contract, made our second payment in store they have later installed and 2 months later asking for money. Told them the employee we paid the money too and said he has left and they can’t find it. Was actively talking to the to resolve it and see what’s happened and they didn’t reply back to my last email regarding missing payment and instead sent it to debt collection horrible to deal with
I'd give zero stars if I could. Nothing but issues from start to finish and I was lucky to even get a finished product. Still having issues but surprise surprise carpet court have ghosted me. Garbage installers that damaged a brand new house and had the gall to lie about it and deny it. Save yourself a trash 30% mark-up and go to a direct installer.
