Worst experience ever. The communication has been terrible from start to finish. We have been trying for the last 5 months to get the installers back to fix floorboards that have come apart, but we’ve had no luck at all. They were quick to take our money, but once the job was done, they wiped their hands of us completely. After months of chasing, we still don’t have the issue resolved. Very disappointed and would not recommend Carpet Court to anyone.
DO NOT GO WITH THEM! We had Tony come out to complete his measure and quote for flooring for the whole house as it was all just concrete floors (no prior floors have ever been laid) Got the quote and booked. Day of install cost us an extra $1500. Because the floors weren’t level, so I spoke with tony on the phone and he said the terms are right where you signed the contact. “if any subfloor issue occur AFTER pulling up the existing flooring, rectification of the issue is at the expense of the customer.” There were no existin... read more
