We got our floors replaced with them, part of the contract was payment in full before install which was clearly written on the contract, made our second payment in store they have later installed and 2 months later asking for money. Told them the employee we paid the money too and said he has left and they can’t find it. Was actively talking to the to resolve it and see what’s happened and they didn’t reply back to my last email regarding missing payment and instead sent it to debt collection horrible to deal with
I'd give zero stars if I could. Nothing but issues from start to finish and I was lucky to even get a finished product. Still having issues but surprise surprise carpet court have ghosted me. Garbage installers that damaged a brand new house and had the gall to lie about it and deny it. Save yourself a trash 30% mark-up and go to a direct installer.
Very bad experience … went there just to check blinds but was loudly pointed out from other side of the store to not pull the blinds. quote “you don’t pull your blinds at your home so don’t do it here” … while I was just checking the blinds fabric/ quality.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, worst experience.
Tony & the team at gepps cross carpet court were more than helpful with the flooring of our newly built house! Very professional and customer focused! The installers Brad and Matt were great and super quick will laying our flooring they did an amazing job! Thanks again (:
