incredible mechanic! my car broke down and they fixed everything right away and for a very reasonable cost. dealing with mechanics in NY can often be a hassle but look no further!!!
Went here for a serpentine belt fix. 3 days later… the new belt they installed is completely ruined. They didn’t bother to check pulleys before swapping my old belt. When you go in for a fix, you expect the entire issue to be fixed… not just the surface of the issue. That makes no sense. I offered to replace the belt out of my own pocket (again) if they would not recharge a labor fee for the swap. I also would pay whatever labor for the pulleys. Still said no. Sigh. Wanted to support but cannot.
Fast and friendly service. Don’t pull up with your car and stay inside go ask for help this guys are always busy so once you get the help they are fast and efficient most of all honest!
