Excellent service. Technicians are knowledgeable, polite and punctual. We have them come twice a year for routine maintenance, and our geothermal system has been flawless.

Nobody's perfect but this company is really close. Everybody that I've come in contact with at this company are hard working, smart and will go out of their way to give you what you ask for and then do it professionally in a timely manner bringing knowledge an technical expertise . Most of all they care.
We've had our unit since 2019 and it's worked great - plus the service from Geothermal Professionals is stellar; yearly maintenance reminders/outreach from them has been truly helpful as well. Friendly, helpful and readily responsive as well.
