They are incompetent, unresponsive and unprofessional. I had a well drilled and filtration system installed by Geothermal Drilling (McPike), ~$16,000. after two months, I had to contact the manufacturer of the system for assistance since Geothermal would never return calls. The manufacturer determined that Geothermal had installed their filtration system backwards, and had only seen that happen one time before, ever.
