Contacted this company to come inspect an existing geothermal unit in a house we had under contract and Larry spent less than 10 minutes there and said the unit was running up to par but was older than told to us by the seller, also where the filter was located and that it needed to be changed. When our inspector followed him to look at the unit he discovered there was no filter and that the unit was 100% clogged with debris!
