Stood me up with a hair appointment last weekend. I called and emailed repeatedly and never got a response. We all lead very busy lives and have to make accommodations to be able to come to these appointments, they could've called me in advance to cancel but they chose not to.

Set an appointment for 1 pm today. Showed up a few minutes early and waited until 1:10. Shop door was locked and lights were out. I took off work early to make this appointment and they cannot even show up! Also, there is a sign on the front door that masks are mandatory.

Absolutely a waste of time going to this location. What is the point of having great skill as a hairdresser if the owner does not know how to manage/tell time, business 101, nor customer service. As a business owner, I understand going thru difficulties with personnel/covid, but this is just lack of care/respect towards his customers. Went twice to his location with appt. the first time was a 4 hour delay and the second time, being the first appt, he never showed up to open his business. Very disappointed.
