Put in an order to pick up a 1/2 sheet and wings for my birthday. They said the wait was 45min and I thought that was a little long for pick up, but it was whatever. I arrive after 45min to pick up food, and they didn't even put it in. I went to walk out, and the kid pleaded for me to stay and said, "it will only be 10-15min at most". It was over 20min.
