Palos Heights office is terrible. It appears doctors change CONSTANTLY and the front office staff is rude. These individuals do not comprehend they work in a Pediatrician’s office surrounded by children! Warmth and compassion should be mandatory for such a position.
The most amaxing Dr ever! My daughter will be 28 in August and we still talk about his kindness, his love for his many kids-patients as well as his excellence medical care.
We've been patients of this office for almost 13 years & I've never had such an awful experience with any Dr as I did today with Dr. Bhatti Humaa. Not only did she not listen to a word I said, she diagnosed my daughter before asking her anything & before looking at her. My daughter also gets ear infections often & she never even looked in her ears. The information she gave me today went against everything the other pediatricians at this office & that my daughters pulmonologist have told me.
Dr. Skarpathiotis and his practice is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. The turnover on doctors is constant, and I am not sure half of them even know what day of the week it is. They are constantly behind schedule and he or they actually see you you'll feel like your talking to a mummy. Dr. Skarpathitis just walks around aimlessly. Every encounter with the front desk people feels worse than going to the DMV. Leaving this horrible practice isn't easy either.
Love their New Lenox office! I never had to wait long and I was always able to get my children in when needed. Great staff!!
