I did not have a good experience with Georgio's. They messed up appointments, treated me differently when I wasn't dressed like I had money, sowed my veil wrong which i didn't notice till the day of the wedding, and didn't follow instructions when tailoring my dress. Though my dress was beautiful, the pain of not having good customer service really put a sour taste in my mouth. If I had to do it over again, I would have gone somewhere else.
I had such a great experience with Georgio's Bridal! They were so helpful in selecting a gown, and the alterations department was amazing and very affordable. I would recommend it to any bride!
THIS IS EXACTLY HOW MY WEDDING DRESS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS SUPPOSE TO FEEL LIKE !!!! it was perfect!!! Tawnya was wonderful!!! and I'm so happy I came here to look for my dress, thanks Yesenia for recommending it I guess I'll give u credit on this one

Georgio's was absolutely amazing! I had just about a month to get my dress and get it fitted and done before my wedding and I had never put on a wedding dress before! Tonya put me in multiple dresses to see what looked good on my body and what I liked, we found about 4 dresses I liked and couldn't get any of them in time! The last dress in the store that I tried on I didn't know about on the hanger but when I put it on, OMG... And we could get it in a week in my size! My daughter had the most amazing experience ever finding her wedding dress at Georgio's Bridal! From start to finish, Tawnya was incredible in making sure my daughter was more than happy! She even opened the store an hour early to work my daughter in for an appointment. With an abundance of dresses to choose from, Tawnya helped my daughter find THE perfect dress for her destination wedding!

The staff went above and beyond normal customer service. Choosing the perfect gown and the fittings were both pleasurable.
