My daughter had her wedding in the Ravinia room last weekend. The room was so hot,guests were complaining all night, We spoke with numerous people to no avail. I wish I could do her wedding over. Did not appreciate having venue in an oven.
I had my reception here last week and it was the best experience! Stephanie in the office was amazing to work with. Everything was absolutely perfect from the food, cake, and decor! It was such a relief to work with such a reputable company, Georgios truly knows the wedding business. Hotel is remodeled. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I have been to the Banquet several times for weddings and the food is always amazing. Highly recommended for your next event, hotel is connected there is no need to worry about a shuttle or arranging rides for everyone its all in one building and very convenient.
Georgia banquets was ok... they had the colors wrong but was fixed. The hotel room on the other hand was a nightmare and then a year later when we used our comped room from the year before there was a roach on the wall so we didn't stay there again.. the banquet part I would do again don't get me wrong, the hotel part nope not going to happen...
