This is a very unprofessional company I had a private duty client with them everything was fine and they even said how the family and client loved me and that I was an excellent aide , maybe 2,3 months into working with this client I went in one morning and there was another new aide at the door that said the office told him that he will be doing this client for the days and hours that I do and I had to find out through the client that there was a replacement happening which I had no idea about ! I am rating Georgina Home care as a client. My mother is a 90 yr old elderly woman. I've tried 2 other agencies in the past and it was awful. My mother means everything to me. At first I was skeptic about the agency in the beginning because of the past agencies. BUT!! Ms.Emani is the best homecare worker my mom has ever had. She goes above and beyond her responsibilities.
