Giving 2 stars because I had 2 very good haircuts here before having a truly bizarre and unprofessional customer service experience. For my third cut, I brought pictures so we could try to recreate the previous very good cut. This cut didn’t turn out the best, which is ok-it happens sometimes. My barber, Chaya, told me over and over that I should come back for touch ups until I was happy with it. So I came back twice and was very appreciative.
