Outstanding from start to finish. Same day turnaround with no outstanding service call fee. Explained as he went and educated us to know what to do to maintain the two HVAC systems, lines, filters and simple troubleshooting if a storm comes, etc. (to prevent further damages if/when the unexpected happens). My AC stopped working and we called GeorgiaSpec to ask if they would come look at it. I spoke with a tech over the phone and he helped me diagnose the issue and I was able to resolve it myself (I wish I had his name, he was very helpful)! Definitely going to call these guys in the future for any issues. They're great!
