Please do not order from here! I ordered flowers for MIL. Got a call saying they were out of vase. When I went to pick up I didn’t like the vase offered and all were used something you can find at a goodwill. Also, the location is not accurate this florist bought this company but the flowers are nothing like the pictures. They didn’t even bother calling me back or anything after personally reaching out so here I am warning others. For $85 there is more green than actual flowers.
Tried to order flowers for delivery and they just hung up on me and refused to answer.
Ordered the Teleflora's Victorian Teacup Bouquet... nowhere on the website did it say that item was no longer being sold. Vivian from the shop called and stated they no longer have the teacup for that bouquet so she offered just a plain pastel rose box vase to put the flowers in. I asked if there would be a price change since online it doesn't state it is not available and it was an inconvenience for me she stated no we don't change prices.
