My experience with them is only over the phone. I want to give them zero or one star because their phone system makes it almost impossible to speak to a person. After 29 calls using almost about every option to speak to someone, I got someone. I quickly explained why I called since I knew I probably had the wrong department. Thanks for the older lady on the phone who processed my son's paperwork. The younger lady(in tucker Location)did NOT and was NOT helpful at all. I had ALL my son's info. for out of area registration. My ID His ID Title School college Transcript (3.96 gpa) Student ID Oil Change proof Address Mileage Registration All I's dotted and T's crossed, and still she did not enter any info in system. But thanks to a VERY sweet lady that saw all my info and accepted it all.

Amazing how this process is long and needs to be looked into by TRUST DALE or somebody ..personnally such a nice way to SCAVENGE TIME AND MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE...ONLY IN AMERICA FOLKS!!!! I don't quite understand how certain states pass emissions based on CO2..VS other states don't pass vehicle inspections based on completely different issues with you're car ..bad CO2 EMISSIONS are all over the world.... ONLY IN AMERICA!!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF
