When I came in straight to the office manager who was very polite dispute the work load I seen I’m front of her. There is a wonderful team there! I have been with Dr Richards for a year now, she is great, very concerned with my condition. I can just email if I have concerns. She gets back to me right away. The only problem I have is sometimes it hard to thru on the phone. I hate leaving a message on voicemail.
It’s took me months just to get an appointment for a nerve conduction tests and when my appointment time came they put me off all the way to November I was in a bad car accident 17 months ago and I have been in chronic pain with rotator cuff injuries and my dr thinks I have a pinched nerve I don’t know if I’m going to be able to wait until November my dr says I have to have that test done before a mri will get approved I’m just really upset and tired of hurting these drs don’t give a damn about someone in chronic pain and I’... read more
I can't comment on the doctor because I can't get in to see her. Got a referral for her office in January and the appointment isn't until September. Anytime I have called the lady that answers the phone is always rude. I called to see if she had any cancelations or any sooner appointments, and the lady didn't even look. Just told me no immediately.
