We lived there 2.5 years. After 3 management changes, we were trying to move to a 2 bd there. They could not seem to renew our lease, another employee in the office with new management left and now they will not return our deposit. They told us to patch holes and maintenance watched and saw us move and clean the apartment. I have enjoyed my seven years at Parks at Marietta. My current property manager is awesome, this complex is very quiet and drama-free!!!
I lived here for almost 4 years and I must say the property manager Jennifer is by far one of THE BEST I came across.I put a work order in she's right on it at the next chance she gets. Such caring and understanding.Jennifer Is just AWESOME!!!! Not to mention that it's very quiet,everyone keeps to themselves but are very nice. Honestly the reason I'm still here.
