I have enjoyed my seven years at Parks at Marietta. My current property manager is awesome, this complex is very quiet and drama-free!!!
I lived here for almost 4 years and I must say the property manager Jennifer is by far one of THE BEST I came across.I put a work order in she's right on it at the next chance she gets. Such caring and understanding.Jennifer Is just AWESOME!!!! Not to mention that it's very quiet,everyone keeps to themselves but are very nice. Honestly the reason I'm still here.
Parks at Marietta was an ideal experience from start to finish. The property manager, Jennifer Friant was always very speedy regarding maintenance requests and overall issues I encountered. These apartments are a great place to start your rental journey. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. Everyone keeps to themselves. Even on the weekends, you rarely hear noise. I recommend this complex or any of their sister complexes to anyone. Thank you Parks at Marietta.
Worst complex ever!. The property manager Jennifer is the most rudest disrespectful unprofessional so called manager I’ve ever met. She’s never in the office nor does she ever answer the phone and when she or the leasing agent are in office they can’t answer simple basic questions. The apartments are very old unkept and truly unlivable. I would highly recommend people to look elsewhere.
