Brought my 2018 gmc 2500 there to get inspect symptoms were misfire, smoke from intake, blow by. They pulled the glow plug to test compression for a cracked piston They quoted me $12,000 for a re-re on a single piston or $27,000 for whole motor replacement. Unbelievable robbery. Quote $500 for a tail light thats out. With out even looking at it. Needs whole light assembly. I replaced a bad bulb $10 Unreal. $200 to reset computer turn off check engine light. $159 to scan $179 to diagnose all over a air filter ! Last last last resort. Do not give these guys and business. Don't send your fleet of trucks there. Requested front breaks to be changed, ended up with an estimate for $5,900 for full set all around. Asked for a better quote but noticed it was similar and saw they lowered the parts price and increased the labour. Called another service centre who showed me the actual part price was $200-300 less per a part than they had put down. Thankfully booked at a different service centre for 1/3rd the price using the same parts. I understand marking up materials for profit but x2 is wild work.
