Good luck trying to get an appointment for an ultrasound. I tried booking an appointment in person as it seems impossible to do so any other way but they don't take in person bookings. I tried calling but the hold times are insane (maybe if you don't work it'll be easier) to get through. There is the online submission where you upload the requisition form but don't hear back until approximately 5 days.
I was in and out under 15 minutes for my x ray which is incredible. Staff was friendly as well
Called the number to book an ultrasound appointment, the voicemail said you can book in person. Came to book in person, they said that they don't do that, and that their booking system will call me to get booked. Also, in addition to that I have to send them my previous ultrasounds too. Which doesn't make sense why they would need that information. So instead I booked the ultrasound in another place with no issue.
Went to the Huronia Clinic in Barrie on Saturday when it opened and waited only to find out that they don’t do walk-ins on Saturday. What a waste of time and they don’t post this on their Website. There was nobody there at the time they could have easily took me in. They asked me if I made an appointment seriously what did that matter they weren’t busy at all lucky you get one star
