Very friendly very fast x ray in n out. You have to pay parking, but that is okay
It is sad you send requisitions online to book appointmenta and they don't tell you they won't be able to schedule you on time for your ultrasound, you have to call after several days after just to find out you have to look for another clinic. They did not have time available in ANY location for ultrasound in 3 weeks and they "booked" the following ultrasound to "help" me out (9 weeks ahead) and when I checked it is passed the window as well by a lot. Several locations but no availability, sad news for us in Barrie.
Trying to book an appointment is a nightmare. Techs do not have friendly bedside manners. Simcoe County need more options.
I would prefer to give 0 stars because they don't even deserve 1. The front desk staff at this location are SO rude, from what I know from friends and family I knew they were terrible here and I have experienced many times while getting imaging at this location that they are rude and talk loudly about patients that can obviously hear them without a care in the world. I had a great time there. The front desk team was friendly and helpful, and helped me resolve an issue promptly. Julia was very kind and efficient, which is something we do not see often these days. The technician was punctual, competent and kind. I definitely recommend this place for your healthcare needs.
