My Dr. Is not satisfied with the readings of the ultra sound by the technicien. it doesn't reflect the reality of my condition. He is sending me to another clinic.
I honestly wish I could give less stars. First of all, they make it impossible to book with the receptionist desk. They can have a schedule right in front of their faces, along with your doctor's requisition, and they will still direct you to phone or go online. What is the point of even having anyone there at the front desk if all they do is read who's next? Secondly, whoever did my ultrasound completely missed a grade 3 tear in my calf. I’m 23 weeks pregnant with twins and my doctor sent in a requisition to have the rest of my ultrasounds done. A few days went by, so I called to follow up on the requisition that my doctor sent in and they said they didn’t receive it. This has happened every single time my doctor sends in a requisition, but GR ends up finding it. Very disappointing, terrible customer service. At Huronia, Barrie location. Website and automated call message states that X-rays are done on a WALK-IN bases and no apts needed. There are no notes, verbiage or voice messages stating otherwise. My 60 yr old mother drove 30 mins into the X-ray clinic this morning with her requisition, no one was in the waiting room as the clinic just opened within 15 mins.
