We've been here 3x and every time has been a great experience. The technicians are great and the reception staff ( the ones we have engaged with) are wonderful. They are busy 100% but thats expected. The healcare system is a mess.
I went to this radiology center on a Saturday expecting to get a walk-in X-ray, only to find out—after waiting and reaching the front desk—that they don’t accept walk-ins on weekends. There was no clear notice about this beforehand, either online or posted where patients could easily see it upon arrival. It’s incredibly frustrating to take time out of your day, possibly while dealing with pain or urgency, just to be turned away at the counter. horrible customer service, hung up on my friend when all she wanted was an update on her x-ray!! please fix this issue not sure why you guys are expecting patients to call you guys back regarding their own results like come on you guys, do better or someone else will. 0/5 stars only reason you got 1 is cause you actually did me the decency of picking up your phone when it rings smh.
You can take the form your doctor gave you with their titlehead to any other medical imaging clinic. Don’t be fooled with this places nonsense. Waited 8 days for ultrasound results to be typed up with gallstones. They show 13 radiologists on their webpage but it clearly doesn’t operate like that.
I had two super positive experiences here within the last week. I came for a walk in X-ray appointment and a scheduled ultrasound appointment. Both times I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and efficient and because I was under 15 minutes, parking was free.
