Administrative and Scheduling Incompetence My health team sent Georgian Radiology a bone density scan requisition in November 2025. Georgian eventually scheduled my appointment for mid-March 2026, but cancelled it the day before. I then rescheduled for late June 2026, only to have that appointment cancelled again just four days before the scan. Very bad service They messed up my appointment twice. The first time I went they told me all my tests were done and on my way out of the Barrie was phoned to say I missed my appointment which I had not They then said they messed up and booked me another appointment That is the only reason I am giving them a 1. I highly recommend to not make an appt here, that is if you ever get to communicate with someone to make an appt, what a joke!! You have nasty receptionists working, and I understand they must deal with alot of upset patients. As your clinic refuses to hire employees to make appts over the phone and are forced to send an email and wait god knows how long for someone to get back to you with an appt, than if that date and time doesnt work than what respond and wait another month for a response.
