Up until lately the clinic has been good. Quite a bit of turnover in NP's but it hasn't affected treatment or service. I'm giving 1 star because they are very unaccomodating to being late. We hit 2 construction zones on our hour drive and we're 17 mins late. They turned us away and made us reschedule. The previous receptionist was more understanding, which is essential when you are dealing with aging,sick and disabled people......which is who is going to to damn doctor. Laura has been so great with me and I feel she actually listens and has empathy. I have had so many bad experiences with health care professionals over the last few years that I’m always so on edge when going in to see one but Laura has been great and I never feel rushed during an appointment and it’s very appreciated.
By far the best medical team I have experienced. Attentive, holistic covering every angle of health care needs in one office. NP always listens and works with me to get any issue resolved. Kindness and compassion from every single staff member. Grateful to have them as my.med team.
Just opened and already telling us that they wont deal with us that we have to use health care connect to register with them. Already they dont want to provide any customer service. Horrible.
