Unprofessional I was there couple weeks ago and looked for a 2 bedrooms apartment. They told me to apply and deposit to keep the spot. I asked them if I could move in before March 11 and they said yes. They were so nice before they receive the deposit then they never answer the emails. Roach Infestation There are roaches and management does not care to help. They relocate someone into our building and since we have been living with roaches. Management can care less because if we leave, they will just move someone else in. So, why would they care how I feel about living with bugs?

ive lived here now for almost a year, and in that year, i have developed breathing problems due to my neighbor who smokes so much my apartment reeks of cigarette smoke. the door does not seal entirely around the frame so the smoke comes in the apartment. i have lodged several complaints of excessively loud music and noise from the apartment above me, and all that gets done is a piece of paper is left on their door. every other apartment ive lived in, they take complaints seriously.
