Love this place and their staff..
We originally purchased our hot tub from Georgian Hot Tubs and Spas and have always bought our chemicals there and had our water tested—never had any issues before. However, I was disappointed when I needed a jet body replaced. After waiting for a call back that never came, I eventually called back again I told it was out of stock with no timeline. I recently had a small leak in my hot tub and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The response time was quick, and everything was handled very professionally. Corey was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure the repair was done properly. He left everything clean and ready to go, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend—thanks again!
