Incredibly disappointing experience with Georgian and Scott in particular. When we selected our tub and Covana cover we were given the specs for our concrete pad. When install day arrived, the first thing Hans said was the pad was too small. I showed him the emails with his employee and he agreed she told us the wrong layout for the pad. He told me it wasn’t a big deal and the motor would just hang off the edge. What he didn’t mention was that hanging off the edge resulted in a much nosier motor. 7000 dollar cover .... Couple years later . ....called regarding a couple rips ... And they tell me it's trash call your insurance company . They told me they sell them and they are trash . Nice
Silver pickup truck branded with Georgian Hot Tub was driving on the QEW in Stoney creek, around 12:30pm on 30/03/2026, Toronto bound, and was driving extremely aggressively. They were tailing cars way too close and weaving between lanes. It was very dangerous and will cause an accident one day. I would recommend driver training for staff. I will avoid doing business with Georgian hot tubs and not recommend the business to friends because of this.
