From purchase to set up of our first hot tub was a fantastic experience. Staff was outstanding! We will recommend to anyone. The hot tub itself well.. I never knew what heaven felt like until now.
I'm so very disappointed with Georgian Hot Tubs, this place I've been going to for years. The girls are so wonderful, however the new manager Scott is just terrible, rude and does not know how to take care of his customers. I had a leak in my tub and a service tech came out to assess it, then called me to say my pump was cracked. His options to me were to have it rebuilt by a guy they worked with, or buy a brand new one. I opted for the rebuild and was told it would not be more than 2 weeks.
