Renters Beware! The photos are extremely misleading. In person, several windows were boarded up, the hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, and the property was nowhere near as well maintained as it appears online. The leasing staff also provided inconsistent information, and no one seemed to know the correct details. I want to start by saying that Donna, Joseph and the on-site team were kind and responsive when I raised concerns. That said, my overall experience at the Georgian Court/Mac Properties building was very challenging. I was initially drawn to this building for the balconies and general appeal of the interior of apartments. From day one I had issues. Maintenance is very responsive. Had an issue with the heater in my apartment after hours during Thanksgiving, submitted a maintenance request, and to my surprise, the maintenance staff shortly pulled up to my door! Super helpful in a cold night. :)
