I want to start by saying that Donna, Joseph and the on-site team were kind and responsive when I raised concerns. That said, my overall experience at the Georgian Court/Mac Properties building was very challenging. I was initially drawn to this building for the balconies and general appeal of the interior of apartments. From day one I had issues. Maintenance is very responsive. Had an issue with the heater in my apartment after hours during Thanksgiving, submitted a maintenance request, and to my surprise, the maintenance staff shortly pulled up to my door! Super helpful in a cold night. :)
Not fit for living. This building was hit by a tornado nd has major water issues. Want mold and roaches? This is the spot! The property management company is struggling here. Look elsewhere!!!
Great affordable apartment in the best area of STLouis near Forest Park. Maintenance staff is friendly and attentive.
