Today…..Sunday, July 7,2024 This has been looking like this for 3yrs now. So should the department of health be notified or the fire department to make sure that EVERY apartment fire alert is properly working. How often are they TESTING to make sure? Again there are advocates to investigate these issues, 211 can be very helpful.

This place doesn’t deserve a star, but I had to in order for it to post. It’s a very DANGEROUS ATMOSPHERE! The building is dirty, smells, trashy. I’ve witnessed the elevators having urine in them along with trash, food items, etc. Some of the tenants are to blame for these problems. Management doesn’t get right to issues of appliances..such as refrigerator that aren’t functioning properly. The tenant having to throw away their food. I almost moved here before Covid-19 hit which was back in February of 2019 Because my name came up on the waiting list….. but instead of moving here I ended up at Bainbridge Apartments where I originally applied. The manager’s at the time told me that they would get back with me and let me know what becomes available.

Many shootings throughout the year from the bad people that live here. In the Summer there's at-least 1 death a year that occurs here. Beautiful building horrible landlord and dangerous tenants. MAC is trying to gentrify the area, but all its brought is expensive new and halfa$$ renovated apartments. As you can see they've only made the hood more expensive and not safer in one bit. Even though this building isn't owned by MAC in anyway, MAC owning 30+ buildings in the area has not influenced the neighborhood in one bit.

We live in apartments very nearby, and the police are being called to this building weekly or more. There are people outside fighting, people yelling outside in the middle of the night, and I can see people breaking into the ground floor access door constantly.
