I recently moved out of this apartment and had a very disappointing experience with the management. Management has changed recently. When it came time to leave, I was rushed out and not given the opportunity to take all of my personal belongings. We’ve called this community home since 2015, and it has truly been a blessing. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. The leasing office goes above and beyond: sending birthday cards, answering emails promptly, and even stepping in to resolve issues quickly and fairly. When my car was towed in error, they personally contacted the tow company the same day, confirmed everything was in order, and ensured I was refunded, with an apology. That kind of integrity is rare. We currently have about 7 maintenance work orders and several things in our apartment that are broken and they just refuse to fix or work on. They just keep closing the work orders that we place without even doing the work, this happens everytime we request them to fix something. This has been going on since January. Maintenance does not work on weekends. The pool is green in the middle of summer. When you call them to help you, you can expect them to do nothing. This whole situation has been very disheartening.
