The physical therapist Jon was very rude, and humiliating towards a patient while training a student! She was in tears after such horrible evaluation. When I worked with Jon, I was ignored and it seemed as if he didn’t care about the pain in my lumbar when I expressed that I was in pain. The front desk has been great so I can’t give this location a 1 star but you’re not working with the receptionist to heal....be aware of this location.
