I didn't know anything about the charge until it was sent to collections. My credit score dropped drastically.

I had a workers comp claim here and instead of contacting my company or giving me any kind of notice what so ever and then sent the bill to collections. I'm currently trying to buy a house and all this has done is ruin my credit to the point my pre approval for a loan is not longer good. I'll be homeless before long thanks to y'all

I paid for my X-ray up front at Tanner on Dixie St. because they said I would get a discount. They had a copy of my insurance card also. Now I have a collection bill and I called Blue Cross and they also paid my bill and I was informed that I am actually owed a refund for $50 because they double dipped. I called the collection agency and they didn’t care, I then called Tanner and they said it was all done through Ga West Imaging(although it was a Tanner building) so they couldn’t help.
