Friendly, courteous and very thorough which is much appreciated!
I needed an emergency eye exam which Dr. Ortiz and his staff provided even though it caused them to stay past closing time. Fortunately what I was experiencing in my left eye is due to age. I walked in scared and walked out knowing what was going on and assured that I was ok.
Very professional and courteous.
Dr Ortiz is thorough and attentive to my questions. This entire practice is exceptional.
