First time meeting with Dr.Ortiz. He went above and beyond answering my questions and was genuinely interested in my eye care.
They are always friendly, efficient and genuinely concerned for the patients.
Dr Ortiz was courteous, kind and very professional. He truly listens to his patients and gives the best recommendations based on patient needs. Dr Ortiz is just about the nicest, most compassionate, friendliest, delightful doctor I have ever seen. And considering the fact that I have seen many doctors and have had 61 surgeries to date, that is saying a lot! I highly, highly recommend him!!
