We are a small company that had a previous vendor go bankrupt, which left us going to market for a new vending/canteen vendor. Not only did refreshing georgia have the most flexible plan and pricing in the Atlanta area, their customer service and operations teams have been everything I could have asked for. Micro market items are exorbitantly marked up from retail, frequently spoiled, frozen items frequently thawed and refrozen/freezer burned. Actual expiration dates frequently covered by made-up expiration dates on their own label, sometimes a month past the actual date. When you try to call to get a refund, nobody answers.

I waited until we had been a customer for at least 6 months to review so I could give an honest review. The team at Georgia Vending has been an absolute pleasure to work with, from beginning to end they were open and honest and extremely detailed. I almost never need service and if I do it’s same day. The variety of products keeps our warehouse very pleased. The machines are the latest technology. Overall I highly recommend them.

Technician guessed my coke machine needs a new compressor. Estimated cost would be $1500-$1800. Full charge for coming to check machine. No written proposal or guarantee until my phone call responded with email repeating estimated cost. No reassurance that it wouldn’t cost much more.
