This practice is an absolute joke. I made an appointment here to have my Varicose veins assessed. Dr. Rao stated after doing an ultrasound scan and exam, that my condition was complicated. Between this and infection fears, Dr. Rao supposedly was going to send a letter of medical necessity to my BC/BS to perform some kind of injections. I waited a month and called my insurance company, who stated that pre authorization was never in fact sent.
