No communication what so ever I have kidney stones and hurting and they done cancelled my surgery 3 times and now saying I have to pay over 38 thousand dollars before they do it if I could give them a 0 I would I would not recommend them to no one
Horrible clinic and a horrible organization. The doctors dismissed all of my wife's concerns, and pain, when she had a stent placed instead of having her stones removed. Its virtually impossible to get any team member on the phone and when you do, they are completely unwilling to address your needs. The doctors are arrogant, have horrible bedside manner, talk at you, and give no thought to patient concern and comfort. We were referred to Dr. Patel by our primary Dr. After meeting Dr. Patel and his Nurse Carlos, we feel that we are on a good track. They answered all of our questions, explained every treatment that he wants to do and made us feel comfortable. We would recommend Georgia Urology anytime!
I’m finished with this place. I went into the clinic for what I thought would be a discussion of BPH and an annual exam. My appointment was at 1:40 PM (arrived early at 1:30), and I did not get called until after 3:00 PM! That was nearly TWO HOURS! After the doctor came in, he gave me a 5 minute sales pitch on upcoming seminars and various treatment therapies that they offered.
