I came here because I was experiencing kidney-related pain after having completely normal blood work done by my primary care doctor. Looking back, I wish I had simply stayed with my primary care physician and had my imaging ordered there instead of wasting my time on this visit. I was seen by PA Brandon Harper, and unfortunately, I had a very uncomfortable experience. the staff here are rude and nasty !! extremely unprofessional!!! yelling at me they really need to clean house and start over !!! They also nickel and dime you over every procedure!!! And they can’t seem to call a scrip into the correct pharmacy!! I tried for years to fix the issues and advise them I am done !!! moving on to a real doctor office were they care about the patient!!!!
They left me with internal bleeding after my very routine procedure had to rush to hospital for emergency surgery to stop bleeding. Doctor who did the surgery won’t respond to messages. To not use Georgia Urology. They do not care and do not know what they are doing. They won’t even give you a phone number to speak to the office you had your procedure at. For the most part I find them very cold and uncaring. Most of the people I have to deal with on the phone severely lack compassion and empathy.
