I like John Stites MD at the Decatur location. Understaffed bc you wait forever on the phone. They don’t use MyChart which has amazing tools but instead they have a patient portal that is a joke. I have 4 doctors here than my PCP in different specialties ordering massive amounts of tests all over Atlanta. I literally am so booked up with these appointments that I have no days off from a stressful job until September. My health is worsening from the stress. They send you 18 messages reminding you to be on time and threatening a $50 payment for cancellation. Then once you arrive you wait an hour before you’re seen. Then they place you in a room and close the door. No trauma informed care model and they don’t respect time.
I really appreciate Dr.Andrew Kirsch he is professional and easy on the eyes Seriously I want to thank his team for a great turnaround time to getting my son on schedule for surgery his assistant worked extremely well on making this happen. Now my son has brighter more confidence future ahead. I also must apologize for my inpatient at hospital, Dr.Kirsch looked as if he had a long day but still put his best foot forward and handled his business overcoming any obstacles in his way.
