The Dr. on duty 10/25 8:30-9:30 am ..Yuan? was ABSOLUTE TRASH! Raised his voice at me & was Rude for no reason when I asked a question & told me to make another appointment. The man didn’t even seem concern about any questions we had & was quick to kick us out. If that’s the type of service you provide you should consider changing careers or retire already because that was a waste of time & $250!

We just had an appointment with Dr. Jerry Yuan (Johns Creek Location) and our experience was disgusting at best. I'm in pain for the past 2 years, and worried and scared about something major - so, apparently he cant help us since my image results came ok - fair enough (but the pain persists), instead some good support and guidance, he was rude unpolite and distasteful (including being rude with my wife that was accompany me since I was scared).
