Another positive experience from the beginning to completion! I didn't have an appointment and the wait time was reasonable because multiple associates were available. Martesha was very friendly and understood my needs. She encountered a problem completing my request and asked for assistance. Both she and Ashley were professional and provided excellent service. I have been a member for almost 50 years. GUCU is the best credit union for all your financial needs!
