We travel 2 hours away just to be treated by Dr. An. He has performed surgery on all 3 of our children. Everyone is very kind and professional. I would highly recommend.
It's 945am...had 9am appt...people ahead of me complaining...still sitting on the waiting room. Greedy doctors overbook themselves then leave you to sit and wait. I'm supposed to be at work!! Then they charge me $75 for a co-pay that is supposed to be $40. They do it every time & then send me a refund check. I'll be looking for it. Ridiculous.
Still trying to figure out were i went wrong in calling this place! I'm the customer and still waiting since last week for medicine to get better. Spiked high fever for hole weekend and thought i was supposed to call doctor to inform them but hell i can't get nurse or doctor to return my calls. I'm still waiting! ! I'M so frustrated with this place! Ive done everything they have asked me to do.
Dr. Free has been amazing and made my surgery so easy. Definitely recommend.
