RecommendedI cannot say enough about the customer service provided by Tony and his team. They have gone above and beyond to help with issues with my parents home and lawn, as well as, my own. Even coming out on a holiday weekend to help solve problems from a well! Support locally owned and operated businesses. Great job alongside competitive pricing!
I appreciate that these folks worked late into the evening repairing my outdoor lighting that was installed many years ago by someone else.
These people feel they can charge whatever they want. My bill went up 400 % from one year to the next. When I called to inquire I was verbally berated by their pitbull, Allison, who was extremely rude to me. She was insulting and rude. She threatened me with 'further action' if I didn't pay my bill. Then told me she didn't have time for me and hung up on me. This company needs to learn how to deal with the public.
Called to get an estimate and they cancelled on me. They said they would call back with a new appointment, that was last week! Never mind I will find someone else!
No stars. Made multiple attempts to get an appointment. Playing email tag, they promised one date, as soon as I answered it was no longer available. I guess they were too busy. Would not recommend this company for repairs
