I just changed the water in my spa and took a water sample in for a water analysis I met with Carter Hugh’s at their Augusta store. He ran the analysis and patiently explained in detail the analysis report as to what and how much of an each chemical I needed to balance the water. This was alI I needed to know, so I thought. I just wanted to thank Melody at the Georgia Spa Augusta location for going above and beyond to recalibrate the Water Analysis system! I come in weekly to get my water tested and when I came in today I was very happy to find out that Melody had taken the extra time out of her work schedule to recalibrate the water Analysis system to insure the results would be accurate!
We were treated so well by Melody when we walked through the door. She took care of all of our needs and concerns! Thank you!
Nick came to figure out the leak and found it almost immediately. Then he was able to explain how and why it happened, a d provided some great info on maintaining the spa. Great service and great advice. Thanks.
