Great company to work with. After a minor issue the sales team helped resolve the issue extremely quickly on a holiday. The gentlemen delivering all the items did an outstanding job, ensuring I was happy with location and ease of use. The electrician provided was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I cannot recommend this company enough.
The delivery people scratched the mess out of the cover when delivering the hot tub and said they would fix it and they never did. They used their knees to move it into place and broke the front panel. I didn't realize it because they placed it back together so it looked ok until the election was trying to hook it up. It fell apart when he opened it. They fixed it with duck tape. Also I complained about the heat pump not staying regular. They had every excuse under the sun. They got to it.... I just changed the water in my spa and took a water sample in for a water analysis I met with Carter Hugh’s at their Augusta store. He ran the analysis and patiently explained in detail the analysis report as to what and how much of an each chemical I needed to balance the water. This was alI I needed to know, so I thought. He took the time to explain the “Why” I needed certain chemicals to be in balance with other chemicals, and how they can positively or negatively impact my spa system, maintenance and cost. I just wanted to thank Melody at the Georgia Spa Augusta location for going above and beyond to recalibrate the Water Analysis system! I come in weekly to get my water tested and when I came in today I was very happy to find out that Melody had taken the extra time out of her work schedule to recalibrate the water Analysis system to insure the results would be accurate!
