Great job in the worst weather
Had a new Smart top installed. After two months of waiting, it was installed while I was across country on an extended trip. I was told I didn't need to be present. Without my presence, who provided quality control over the work being done. I have screws sticking out the back of the spa that haven't been properly seated. They have a special head that I do not have the means to correct the shoddy work. Worse yet, one of the large adjustment knobs on the top of the spa is totally missing! Rich was an awesome salesman! He was kind and very patient as I had numerous questions. He appeared to be honest and forthcoming and those are excellent qualities for a salesman. He wasn’t pushy, provided answers to my questions and allowed me to make my own decision on such a large purchase. I highly recommend Rich if you’re in the market for a hot tub!
