I saw the reviews for Georgia Skin And care and I almost didn’t go because I thought it would be a horrible experience. That is incorrect. My experience has been nothing but fantastic I went to the Walterboro office and met with Dr. William Stevens. He treated me with the respect and kindness. He was quick about his business. We drove 3 hours and the company employees went back and forth about if we could be seen from GA. Finally a manager named Rhonda said she would speak to the doctor. We finally get the doctor to agree to see them. The appointment was at 2:10 and they were seen right before closing at 5pm If you are African American I don't recommend you going to this doctor office. I felt like we were back in the day when African Americans had to wait for all the white to be seen first and then as second class citizens African Americans could... read more
Some places become so big that they are unable to hear from one person. Our experience with the doctor was good, but our experience with the billing staff was extremely difficult. In the end, they just didn't care whether or not we used their services again, because they have so many other clients. The one patient with difficulties really doesn't matter to them. That was our experience.
