Very friendly and helpful. Both times we have been, they were very quick without a long wait. Lab at location. The phlebotomist was amazing! Only concern is the lack of ramp for accessibility.
I had my first appointment nearly a month ago, and I found the physician assistant I met to be quite pleasant. His youthful and positive demeanor aligns well with my preferences for healthcare. However, I experienced some delays in staff responses, and reaching someone by phone at this location proved challenging, necessitating frequent communication through the patient portal. Beaufort office. this isn’t a review of doctors but office procedures. This is what I observed Front desk treats patients condescendingly. Especially older patients. Require you complete “questionnaire” on their laptop using their sloppy software that freezes. When take laptop to them for help they can’t figure it. Watched guy waste 35 minutes trying to complete.
