I have to come here once a month for a medication I’m on, every visit I wait at least 45 minutes. The girls behind the desk are not friendly at all, and when I finally get called back I have to wait at least another 20 minutes to be seen. On top of that, they have had confusion on their end my last two visits which has both times caused my prescription to be late. Do not recommend at all
PA Emma Laura, or her assistant, very professional. Now the young girl at the front desk has no personality. Twice I had to deal with her unfriendliness and muttering. Why have someone at desk, that is first person to meet your patients, with an attitude of not being happy to be there!
I have been seeing Chris Anderson since I moved here 4 years ago and he is so kind, professional, and thorough! For example, last time I was there he noticed what I thought was a sun spot on my face looked larger. He said let me biopsy that to be sure it’s nothing more. Sure enough, he calls me several days later while I’m at dinner with my family to let me know it was actually a melanoma! Caught early thank goodness! 1:15 wait til my Elderly Mother was seen. No apology, no explanation, no concern for an elderly woman in a wheelchair. Would not recommend this facility.
